Registration

For online registration, we only accept credit card payment with Amex, Visa or Mastercard. Payment must be received by the end of each registration deadline in order to receive the rate. Registration rates will automatically change to the next registration rate if not received in full. For onsite registration, we only accept Amex, Visa or Mastercard. Full payment is due prior to obtaining your badge for entry into the Symposium. Cheques will NOT be accepted for both online and onsite registration.

Registration cancellations received in writing at the 6th International Symposium on the System of Radiological Protection (ICRP 2021+1) Secretariat's address on or before Friday, 30 September 2022 will be accepted and all fees refunded, less a CAD 75.00 administrative fee, as per Committee policy. Cancellations received after Friday, 30 September 2022 will not be refunded; however, transfer of your registration to another person is permitted by re-accessing the original delegate's registration via the confirmation letter and replacing it with the new delegate. The same cancellation deadline applies to Welcome Reception, Awards Banquet, and Tour Functions. Please email ICRP2021-registration@icsevents.com. No refunds will be made for non-attendance at the Symposium.

In the unlikely event that the Symposium is cancelled, travel and accommodation costs will not be refunded.

An official Letter of Invitation to obtain a Visitor Visa and authorization to enter Canada to attend the 6th International Symposium on the System of Radiological Protection will be issued ONLY after your registration has been completed and full payment received by the Symposium Secretariat.

Registration and attendance at or participation in ICRP 2021⁺¹ constitutes an agreement by the registrant to the organizer’s use and distribution (both now and in the future) of the registrant or attendee’s image or voice in photographs, videotapes, electronic reproductions, and audiotapes.

The Symposium Organizers cannot accept liability for injuries or losses arising from accidents or other situations during or as a consequence of attending the Symposium. In addition, the Symposium Secretariat is not liable for presentation cancellations or session delays that are beyond their reasonable control.

In the unlikely event that the Symposium is cancelled, travel and accommodation costs will not be refunded.
